Description

KENLOWE thermoelectric fans are produced in various sizes to serve a wide range of vehicles. 4x4 vehicles only need one fan for approximately 4% of their total working time. If your vehicle suffers from overheating in the summer, you can use a KENLOWE fan in conjunction with the original belt-driven fan all year round or only in the summer months.

KENLOWE FANS ADVANTAGES:

GREATER COOLING

Many vehicles equipped with belt or viscous fans are unable to work at the ideal temperature on both long and short trips where the engine may be so cold in winter that power is all that is needed. Any vehicle with belt or viscous fan and no overheating history can also benefit from the installation of a KENLOWE thermoelectric fan to provide cooling only when it is needed. The numerous and significant advantages of the concept of thermoelectric fans have been proven over 40 years, where KENLOWE pioneered and today is adopted as the standard in more than 80% of cars in the world of production.

GREATER ECONOMY

Any accessory powered by the motor consumes energy and the fixed or viscous fan is no exception. Research, initially by KENLOWE and later by the motoring press and vehicle manufacturers, has established that significant fuel savings by only removing the fan that works all the time (including viscous fans) is huge. The energy saved with the use of an electric fan amounts to 8.5%. Its replacement allows the engine when cool to reach the ideal temperature much faster.

GREATER PERFORMANCE

The belt driven fan on almost all cars consumes about 8.5% of the total energy developed by the engine. In large 4x4 vehicles this can mean enough horses and all because the vehicle manufacturer had to assume that the owner can cross the Sahara with a trailer 2 tons in the morning, afternoon and evening! Removal of the fixed or viscous fan releases this energy for safe overtaking, easier scaling and more flexible and free motor rotation.

LESS NOISE

Viscous or belt driven fans are designed to provide artificial ventilation in traffic when engine speeds are limited to tickover, which is why the airfoil's diameter, height, and width must be large enough to compensate for low engine speed in traffic. Unfortunately, this means that when the vehicle is starting on an open road and increases the speed of the fan at the rate of the engine also the noise of the fan air increases, even on a motorway the noise can become tiring and sufficiently intrusive for a difficult conversation For example, in a 4x4 vehicle, the belt driven fan is not required for 96% of the time, which makes the vehicle quieter

BEST COMFORT AND SECURITY

Fixed or viscous air blowers transmit a cold blow on the surface of the engine during the first few kilometers, doubling the time the engine takes to provide the comforting warmth of the indoor air and effective demisting. Removing the belt driven fan ensures that the motor heating can be up to twice as fast so that even short trips can be safer and more comfortable!

ENVIRONMENT

With its thermoelectric system KENLOWE has been promoting fuel saving for more than 40 years, resulting in a large number of vehicles manufactured today to be equipped with the KENLOWE concept as standard. Currently, vehicle gas pollution has been reduced by about 10% per year in more than 85% of the world's car production using the KENLOWE concept. However, there are still a number of vehicles produced, circulating on our roads with belt fans, losing about 8.5% of the fuel used. This depletes the world's energy reserves and contributes to pollution in particular during the cold start period when fuel consumption can be twice as hot as a motor!

The fans attached to a viscous consume almost as much fuel as the belt driven fans. The viscous fan is not designed for fuel economy, but to provide greater ventilation at low speed, without prohibitive power consumption at maximum revs
