• The Syncroworks Development Slickshift is easy to fit and allows you to use your original gear stick. Within thirty minutes you can have a more modern feeling Defender, with gear selections similar to newer vehicles.

• A new innovative design exclusive to Syncroworks Developments, the Land Rover Defender LT77/R380 Slickshift improves gear change by reducing sloppiness and minimising travel, as well as neatening shifts giving smoother gear changes.

• The Slickshift from Syncroworks Developments is a direct replacement for the existing pivot pin.

• Included in the kit is the custom pivot pin and spacer plates as well as 4 new BZP 8mm bolts.

• Also included in the kit is a new nylon cup to replace your old worn out one.
