After years of design and manufacturing trials, ARB now presents a new roof rack that will leave no one indifferent. The BASE Rack brings a revolutionary and sleek design, with ultra-low roof clearance, multiple customisation options, and a very simple installation process.

At ARB’s Australian facility, every design and engineering effort has gone into building a roof rack that mounts as close to the roof as possible — lightweight, strong, and resistant to bending under heavy loads. Made from one-piece extruded aluminium cross beams, the rack offers exceptional rigidity and helps transport long, narrow gear with ease.

The entire structure is fully welded, with no bolts or rivets (except for removable corner trims for cable routing), resulting in a clean, strong, and elegant finish. A wide range of ultra-low mounting feet ensures a firm, aerodynamic and secure fit.

⚙️ Modular & Customisable Design

The BASE Rack is designed to adapt to your needs. Sold as a flat rack, it can easily be upgraded into a traditional-style rack with full or partial perimeter guardrails, depending on the load.

The rail system is available for full frame coverage, ¾, ¼ or side-only, and attaches easily to the existing frame profile — allowing for quick custom configurations.

🔗 Smart Accessory Mounting

Both the perimeter profile and internal beams include integrated channels for mounting tie-down points such as rings, straps, hooks, etc., simplifying the process of safely securing your cargo.

ARB’s exclusive system also enables quick, tool-free installation and removal of accessories, making loading faster, easier and safer.
