A brand new full size high performance intercooler from AlliSport Ltd supplied with fitting kit and designed to replace the original much smaller intercooler on the Land Rover Discovery 200 Tdi engine.

This product comes ready to fit utilising the original pipe work and allows a performance increase, with the correct tuning, of up to 160BHP.

320mm x 500mm x 55mm high spec vacuum brazed core

610mm total width

320mm height

65mm thick

51mm inlet and outlet tube diameter with swaged ends for pipe security

Includes stainless steel fixing brackets and bolts

M8 front mounting bosses and extra strong folded bottom mounts

This kit also includes full instructions on how to adjust your fuel pump and boost pressure to maximise performance. You will get a 35% increase in power and torque from this conversion!

This item will not fit on air-conditioned models
