A brand new full size high performance intercooler from AlliSport Ltd. intercooler supplied with fitting kit and designed to replace the original much smaller intercooler on the Land Rover Discovery 300 Tdi engine.

Constructed using a vacuum brazed core and fully TIG welded in house by AlliSport Ltd!

This high performance aluminium intercooler can improve performance by as much as 35% when combined with correct tuning allows a performance increase, with the correct tuning, of up to 160BHP

Fuel economy increases by on average 10% with a reduction in cylinder head thermal stress.

M8 front mounting bosses and strong folded bottom mounts

This product comes ready to fit utilising the original pipe work.

This kit also includes full instructions on how to adjust your fuel pump and boost pressure to maximise performance.

This item will not fit on air-conditioned models
